
This workout will take roughly 20-30 minutes per day to complete. It can be done at home with no extra equipment, but having a yoga mat might help you out. Do this every week for 6 weeks (its only a month and a half). If you are unsure about the form of a workout, make sure to look it up. This routine is meant to get you started with working out, feeling healthier, more active, and comfortable with fitness. Saturday and Sunday are days off, but you should still try to be active, go for a walk, stretch, or do some yoga.
